Sephora Haul

Quattro giorni fa  i miei sogni sono stati disturbati dal  fastidioso rumore del campanello, quindi tutta infastidita sono accorsa giù dalle scale per aprire la porta, quando la giornata che era già partita in modo fastidioso, a causa del repentino risveglio, si è volta al meglio. Era il corriere con il pacco in arrivo direttamente da Sephora.

Oggi volevo raccontarvi un pò del mondo sephora dato che è da un pò di tempo che acquisto dal loro sito italiano e mi sto trovando molto bene. 

Il sito di Sephora  è molto intuitivo, la prima schermata è suddivisa nei prodotti scelti da sephora, i più popolari e le novità. Inoltre, nella parte alta della home page è possibile cliccare nella categoria di interesse (profumi, make up, trattamenti viso...).

Ho inviato il mio ordine la sera del 2 gennaio e il pomeriggio del 3 gennaio i miei prodotti erano stati spediti. Considerando, che stiamo parlando delle giornate successive ai festeggiamenti del primo dell'anno il servizio è stato davvero molto rapido. Il pacco mi è arrivato in due giorni, contando che in mezzo c'era un sabato e una domenica. 

Al raggiungimento dei 60 euro la spedizione è gratuita,  in oltre per ogni ordine sono previsti 5 campioncini in regalo.

Ma che cosa ho acquistato su questo magico sito ? Solo 3 prodotti, si dico "solo" perchè solitamente non sono così parsimoniosa .

Il mascara They're Real della Benefit Cosmetics, " un innovativo prodotto che allunga, voluminizza e incurva le ciglia per uno sguardo spettacolare. Una formula a lunga tenuta che non cola, non sbava e non si secca."

Mi piace già la custodia tutta metalizzata ... vedremo ... Costo 23 euro

Il correttore illuminante per occhiaie Erase Paste sempre della Benefit Cosmetics color medium costo 25,50 euro. Personalmente, usavo già questo correttore ma nella tonalità più scura "deep"  che ultimamente trovo un po troppo aranciata 

Il nuovissimo pennellino incavo per palpebra al prezzo di 15 euro. "L'incontro tra Sephora e il designer Philippe Di Mèo ha fatto nascere dei pennelli leggeri ed estetici , pennelli da colori leggermente metalizzati che offrono una qualità impeccabile". Ho scelto questo pennello per la sua forma che facilita la precisione nell'applicazione dell'ombretto. Lo utilizzerò per applicare il correttore che necessita uno strumento che distribuisca bene una piccolissima quantità di prodotto.

In regalo sono previsti 5 campioncini che si possono scegliere tra una gamma di campioni che propone l'azienda. la mia scelta è caduta su Dior Fahrenheit eau de toilette 1 ml, Sephora mini mascara outrageous volume 2 ml, clarins gel contorno occhi 3 ml

Bellissima la confezione, sephora per il periodo natalizio ha presentato con cofanetto satinato di color rosso tanto bello da riutilizzare come porta gioie.

Four days ago my dreams were bothered by  the bell's sound  so I rushed down the stairs to open the door, when the day which started with this  annoying way , cause of the sudden awakening, it became the best time. It was the courier with the incoming packege directly from Sephora.

Today, I wanted to talk to the sephora website since I have bought from their italian website for long time and i have always had a lovely experience.

The Sephora site is very intuitive, the first page is divided into the selected products from sephora, the most popular and the most new. In addition, on  the top of the home page you can click on the category of interest (perfumes, make up, facial treatments ...).

I sent my order on the evening of January 2nd and my products were shipped in the afternoon of january 3rd. Considering, we are talking about  the days following the new year's the celebrations, the service was very quick.  I received the package  within  two days, considering that in the middle there was  Saturday and Sunday.

Reaching 60 €  of shopping the shipping is free, in addition for each order there are 5 samples as gift.

But what did I purchase on this magical site? Only three products, I say "just" , because i am usually not so parsimonious.

They're Real Mascara by Benefit Cosmetics. "An innovative product that lengthens, gives volume and curls lashes for a spectacular look. A long-lasting formula that does not drip, does not smudge and does not dry out". I already like the  Metallic case ... we'll see ... Price 23 euro

The illuminating concealer for dark circles Erase Paste always by Benefit Cosmetics,  the "medium" color costs  25.50 euro. Personally, I used to have this concealer in the darker shade "deep" but recently I have found it  too orange.

The new brush for lid  for the price of 15 euro. "The meeting between sephora and designer Philippe Di Meo gave birth to brush light and beauty brushes color slightly metallics that offer impeccable quality". I chose this brush because of its shape that facilitates precision in applying eye shadow. I will use to apply concealer that requires a tool that distributes well a very small amount of product.

As gift, there are 5 samples that you can choose from a range of samples that the company offers. My choice fell on Dior Fahrenheit Eau de Toilette 1 ml, Sephora mini mascara outrageous volume 2 ml,  Clarins eye contour gel 3 ml.

The packaging is beautiful , for the Christmas period Sephora presented a satin box  with an amazing red colour, it's  so beautiful which it can be used as jewel box.

Fame Lady Gaga Black Perfume

Non c'è eleganza e raffinatezza senza un profumo che incorona il culto della bellezza. Coco Chanel diceva che se una donna  non indossa un profumo non ha futuro, infatti la regina di Ungheria non avrebbe mai sedotto, all'età di 70 anni, il re di Polonia senza la sua amata eau de Hongrie. Non esco mai senza profumo, non mi sentirei completamente vestita. Recentemente è stato messo in commercio un eau de parfum che ha destato in me particolare interesse, un profumo nero, si appunto nero ed estremamente seducente, sto parlando di Fame di Lady Gaga. Un eau de Parfum molto innovativo nella composizione e nell'aspetto creato dalla collaborazione del Haus Laboratories Paris e la famosa Coty. Fame si presenta come un liquido nero, si è il liquido e non il colore della boccetta, ma che al contatto con la pelle diventa trasparente e che incorpora perfettamente il significato del suo nome. Fame, è nero come l'anima della fama ma invisibile una volta che viene trasportato dall'aria. 

La bottiglietta ha le sembianze di un uovo nero (simbolo della nascita) con un coperchio dorato dal quale sorge  un'elegante tenaglia che afferra il resto della bottiglietta. Il coperchio è molto bello, dallo stile medievale, ma bisogna maneggiarlo con attenzione, infatti le punte sono aguzze e si rischia di farsi male.

La composizione del profumo non possiede una struttura piramidale ma attraverso la  push pull technology  gli ingredienti sono mescolati per evidenziare l'aspetto di ogni nota senza che l'una prevalga sull'altra. 

La fragranza si esprime in base a tre accordi che si legano in modo armonioso tra loro: accordo misterioso, sensuale e leggero. L'accordo misterioso  è costituito da fiori di Belladonna ed incenso, che si abbina alle onde seducenti di gocce di miele, zafferano e albicocca. Un velo floreale di  gelsomino d'Arabia e orchidea tigre incarna l'accordo di leggerezza  e bellezza. 

Grazie all'apporto della belladonna la fragranza assume la sembianza di una pozione. La belladonna è conosciuta come una pianta impiegata dalle streghe per dissociare la mente dal corpo mettendo il consumatore in uno stato di trance. Nel rinascimento la belladonna veniva anche usata dalle donne per dilatare le pupille per sembrare più sensuali. Questa pianta ha a che fare anche con la morte, difatti l'assunzione delle sue bacche causano la morte.

Fame è una fragranza straordinaria fruttata e fiorita allo stesso tempo con una sensualità avvolgente e misteriosa ma non pungente proprio perchè ogni nota è ben equilibrata.

La nota negativa riguarda la durata della profumazione che rimane intensa per le prime due ore, dopo di chè vi è un decadimento dell'odorazione del 50% (il profumo si sente ma meno) fino a scomparire completamente dopo quattro ore dalla sua spruzzata. Bisogna considerare che qualunque profumo su di me ha una vita corta a causa anche dell'alta assorbenza e caratteristiche della mia pelle. Tuttavia, ho confrontato Fame ad un altro eau de parfum ma intense in cui l'odorazione rimane intensa fino a quattro ore dalla prima spruzzata.

Fame è disponibile in Eau de Parfum da 30  50 e 100 ml con un costo che va dai 31.50 ai 70 euro. Recentemente, in italia è uscito il cofanetto in edizione limitata contenente l'eau de parfum da 50 ml , il foglio per tatuaggio Lady Gaga e e il roller ball (penna a sfera profumata) da 10 ml in omaggio, ideale per la borsetta, ad un costo di 45 euro. Il tutto è acquistabile su Sephora.it

Nel sito Sephora.com è possibile acquistare il roll ball a 19$ , il gel da doccia in edizione limitata da 200 ml da 25 $ e la lozione corpo da 30 $, non ancora usciti nel mercato italiano.

Coco Chanel used to say that a woman who does not wear perfume has no future, in fact the Queen of Hungary would have never seduced  the King of Poland , when she was 70, without her beloved eau de Hongrie. I never go out without perfume, I wouldn't feel myself completely dressed.

It has recently been put on the market an eau de parfum that has aroused particular interest in me, a perfume black, just black and extremely seductive, I'm talking about Fame by Lady Gaga. An eau de parfum very innovative in the composition and appearance created by the collaboration of The Haus Laboratories Paris and the famous Coty. Fame appears like a black liquid, it is the liquid and not the color of the bottle, but the fluid on contact with the skin becomes transparent.  This fragrance incorporates perfectly the meaning of his name. Fame, is as black as the soul of fame but invisible once it is airborne.

The bottle has the appearance of a black egg (symbol of birth) with a golden lid that rises from an elegant golden claw gripping the rest of the bottle. The cover is very nice, with a medieval style, but you have to handle it with care, in fact the tips are sharp and you risk to hurt yourself.

The composition of the perfume does not have a pyramidal structure but through the push-pull technology the ingredients are mixed to highlight each note without that one would prevail on the other.

The fragrance is expressed in terms of three elements connected between them harmoniously: mysterious, element, sensual and mysterious light.  The elements consists of Belladonna flowers and incense, which fit with seductive waves of drops of honey, saffron and apricot. A veil of floral jasmine and orchid Saudi tiger grows in lightness and beauty.

Thanks to the belladonna's contribution the fragrance takes on the guise of a potion. Belladonna is known as a plant used by witches to dissociate the mind from the body by placing the consumer in a state of trance. In the Renaissance the belladonna was also used by women to dilate the pupils to look more sensual. This plant has something to do with death, in fact, the assumption of its berries would cause death.

Fame is an extraordinary fragrance, fruity and floral at the same time, with a fascinating and mysterious sensuality but not biting just because every note is well balanced.

The downside regards the duration of scent that is intense for the first two hours, after  that time there is a decline for the 50% of the scent (you can feel the scent but less) then  it disappears completely after four hours of its spray. We must consider that on me any perfume does not have a long life due to high absorbency and the features of my skin. However, I compared Fame to another eau de parfum but intense  where the scent remains intense after four hours from the first spray.

Fame is available with Eau de Parfum 30  50 and 100 ml with a price ranging from 31.50 to 70 euro. Recently in Italy was released a limited edition box set containing the eau de parfum 50 ml, the Lady Gaga's sheet tattoo and the roller ball 10 ml, that's perfect for the purse, with a price of 45 € . In the site Sephora.com you can buy the ball roll for $ 19, the limited edition shower gel 200 ml for $ 25 ,and the body lotion for $ 30 , not out  in the Italian market yet.

L'inverno si fa sentire, le giornate sono sempre più corte e fredde e la pelle ne risente. Possiedo una pelle normale con tutte le imperfezioni delle pelli normali, tendenzialmente mista non troppo secca, non troppo oleosa. Tuttavia, con l'avanzare dell'inverno e del freddo, la mia pelle è diventata secca ecco perché mi sono data alla ricerca di una maschera idratante nel modo giusto e soprattutto non comedogenica. Ho scoperto questa maschera navigando nel sito dell' Estee Lauder  dove rispondendo ad alcune brevi domande è possibile scoprire il trattamento più adatto alla propria pelle.  La gel mask fa parte di tutta una linea costituita da tecnologie idratanti per tutti i tipi di pelle. La  maschera si stende abbondantemente su viso e collo evitando il contorno occhi, i tempi di posa sarebbero di 10 minuti ma dopo i canonici dieci minuti preferisco levare il gel in eccedenza con una velina e il resto lo tengo per tutta la notte. Il gel infonde subito una sensazione di freschezza.  Alla mattina mi sveglio con una pelle super idratata ma non oleosa distendendo tutti i segni di espressione. Siccome, la maschera è un gel idratante che è adatto a tutti i tipi di pelle, può essere utilizzata più volte alla settimana e da quando l'ho scoperta non lo lascio più.

Winter is arrived, the days are short and cold always more and the skin is affected. I have normal skin with all the normal skin imperfections , not too dry, mixed that doesn't tend to be too much oily.
 However, with the advance of winter, and the cold, my skin has become dry which is why I started to look for a moisturizing mask, the right one,  and especially not the comedogenic one. Here it is, I found it out, it is the hydra complete multi-level moisture gel mask of Estee Lauder.

I found this mask in estee lauder's site where answering  few short questions you can discover the most suitable treatment for your skin. The gel mask is part of a whole line that consists in the moisturized technologies  for all skin types. You can apply the mask abundantly on your face and neck, avoiding the eyes. The exposure time  would be 10 minutes but after the first 10 minutes I use to take off the excess gel with a tissue and keep the rest for the night. The gel immediately gives you a feeling of freshness. In the morning I wake up with a super moisturized skin  but not oily and all the signs of expression are disappeared. As this mask is a moisturized gel for all kind skins it can be used several times a week and since I found it out I can't live without it anymore.
